3. Payment
Payment terms are agreed on a per-project basis. For website projects, a deposit is typically required before work begins, with the balance due on completion. Monthly retainer services are invoiced monthly in advance. Late payments may incur interest charges.
4. Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final website design and content we create for you. We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their own licensing terms.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and information for your project in a timely manner. Delays caused by late content delivery may affect project timelines. You warrant that any content you provide does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Hosting and care packages
Hosting and care package services are provided on a rolling monthly basis unless otherwise agreed. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting infrastructure, though we will work to resolve issues promptly.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of revenue or business opportunity.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
