Where do you work?
We're based in Leicestershire (Mountsorrel / Loughborough area), but we work with businesses across the UK and worldwide. Most of our clients are UK-based; if you're further afield we simply agree how communication and timezones will work up front.
What's the free homepage offer all about?
We design a real homepage mock-up for your business — typically within 12 working hours — so you can judge quality and fit before you commit. There's no payment and no obligation. If you love it, we'll talk about the full site; if not, no hard feelings. See the free homepage offer.
Do you offer SEO?
Yes. We offer local and broader SEO, audits, and ongoing retainers, aligned with the sites we build so rankings and conversions move together. Start with our SEO services or request a free SEO audit.
Do you offer general business or digital strategy consultations?
Yes. Beyond the visuals, we often help with messaging, page structure, conversion paths, and what to tackle next online — especially when we're already engaged on a website, care plan, or ongoing marketing. Get in touch to talk it through.
How much do websites cost?
As a guide (all + VAT): one-page websites from £399; our Ultimate multi-page site from £99/mo or from £1,800 with pay-in-three options. Exact scope depends on content, integrations, and timelines — see the packages on this page or full website pricing.
Do you offer monthly packages?
Yes — for example Ultimate websites on a monthly plan, SEO retainers, website care and hosting, and ongoing AI or product work where a monthly rhythm makes sense. We spell out what is included so you know what you are buying.
Are you VAT registered?
Yes. Our VAT registration number is GB 476 074 079. VAT is added to all invoices we send out at the applicable rate.
Do you build WordPress websites?
Yes. WordPress with Elementor remains a core stack for many clients who want a robust, editable site with hosting and care from people who actually maintain it.
Do you build AI-powered websites and tools?
Yes. We build AI-assisted experiences where they genuinely help — on-site tools, internal portals, and integrations — not gimmicks bolted on for the sake of it. See AI apps & portals.
Is everything AI websites now, or do you still do traditional sites?
We've invested heavily in AI tooling and modern builds because demand is there — but we still ship plenty of classic brochure and lead-gen sites every month. Most businesses need a clear website first; AI layers on top when it earns its place.
Is it just you — a one-man band?
No. dotwall is me (Ben) and Bobby — a deliberately small team so you know who is on the tools, with direct access and none of the agency carousel. For larger scopes we scale with trusted partners, but the core relationship stays with us. Say hello.
