Review gathering

We gather reviews
for you.

Share a Google spreadsheet. We call your customers as your business, get the review, and keep the sheet updated so you can both see progress.

“Hi, I’m calling from [your company] — hope now’s a good time. We were just following up after your recent visit and wondered if you’d be happy to leave a quick Google review…”

Who this is for

Local businesses that know reviews matter — and don’t have time to chase them.

Trades & local services

Roofers, plumbers, garages, cleaners — busy on the tools, not on the phone chasing reviews.

Clinics & practices

Dentists, physios, vets and similar — happy patients, limited admin time.

Shops & hospitality

Independent shops, cafés and venues who want Map Pack trust without another job on the to-do list.

SEO clients

Already investing in local SEO and know reviews matter — just need someone to gather them.

How it works

Simple process. Clear pricing.

  1. Share your list

Share a Google spreadsheet of customers we can call. We both keep access so progress is always visible.

  2. We call as your business

Outbound calls from us as your company representative. Friendly, clear, and focused on asking for an honest Google review.

  3. Review lands

When a five-star review goes live, we mark it on the sheet. You’re charged £10 + VAT for that success only.

  4. We feed back the rest

Anyone who declines, isn’t reachable, or isn’t a fit gets noted back to you. No chasing in the dark.

Your spreadsheet

What to put in the Google Sheet

Keep it simple. Share the sheet with us and we’ll both work from the same file.

Column What goes here
  • Name Customer name
  • Phone Best number to dial
  • Job / visit date Optional context for the call
  • Notes Anything we should know
  • Status We update this as we go

Name + phone is enough to start. The rest just makes the call warmer.

Expectations

Pace, timing, and how we work the list

UK office hours

We dial during normal working hours so calls sound professional and land at sensible times.

Worked in order

We work through your shared spreadsheet in order — you always see what’s done and what’s next.

Follow-ups ~1 week

If there’s a viable connection first time, we may call again about a week later to try for the five-star.

Steady weekly pace

Expect a steady run of outbound calls through the week, not a one-day blitz that burns the list.

How we call

Your list. Your business. No spammy chasing.

We only call contacts you supply. We introduce ourselves as your company, not as a random agency. Declines and opt-outs are logged on the shared sheet and not chased. Calls are recorded so you can listen back.

Proof

Built because our SEO clients needed it

“We knew Google reviews mattered for local SEO, but nobody on the team had time to sit and call customers. Handing over a spreadsheet and watching five-stars land on the shared sheet was the first time review gathering actually got done.”

Local SEO that actually needs the reviews

We started review gathering because our SEO clients kept hitting the same wall: rankings improve when reviews keep coming in, but nobody has time to collect them. If you want the full picture — rankings plus reputation — start with SEO, then let us handle the calls.

FAQ

Common questions.

Does this help my SEO?

Yes. Fresh, genuine Google reviews are one of the strongest trust signals for local SEO. More five-star reviews help you show up stronger in local search and the Google Map Pack, which is exactly why we offer this alongside our SEO work.

Why did you start this service?

We do SEO for a bunch of local businesses who already know reviews matter, but struggle to find the time to gather them. So we built a done-for-you service: we sit at a desk all day, pick up the headset, and dial your customers for you.

How do you sound?

Hear a real sample of how we sound on the phone. Every review call is made like this — so this is what your customers will hear.

“Hi, I’m calling from [your company] — hope now’s a good time. We were just following up after your recent visit and wondered if you’d be happy to leave a quick Google review…”

Are all calls recorded?

Yes, and they’re all logged. You’ll get a client portal where you can view the calls and listen back to them. We’ll also mark whether a five-star review was recorded or lost against each contact.

Will you call my customers more than once?

That’s up to us, based on the conversation. If there’s a viable connection and we think we can still get a five-star, yes — we’ll phone them again about a week later and try again. If the first call isn’t successful, we won’t keep hammering people who clearly aren’t interested.

What do you need from me to get started?

A shared Google spreadsheet of customers we can contact (name and phone number as a minimum). We both work from that sheet so progress is always visible.

How do you introduce yourselves on the call?

We introduce ourselves as your business. Outbound calls are made as your representative, so it sounds like your company asking for an honest Google review — not a random agency cold-calling.

What counts as a five-star?

Any successful five-star Google review that lands from the customer. You’re only charged £10 + VAT for each one that succeeds. No fee for dials that don’t convert.

What happens if someone doesn’t want to leave a review?

We’ll note it on the shared Google spreadsheet and feed that back to you. Useful signal, and we won’t keep chasing them.

Do I pay upfront for a batch?

No. Pricing is per successful five-star review. We agree a list, we work through it, and you pay for the wins.
