In in words of ADAPT: Adapt is a small charity who provide support to families with premature and poorly babies on the neonatal units at Leicester Royal Infirmary and Leicester General Hospital.
Adapt built their own website using the WIX Platform. While building your own website using a popular platform such as WIX or Squarespace, they can soon become overwhelming and as a result, either look unfinished or hard to update. This is the situation ADAPT themselves itself in.
One of the major issues with the old site is that it didn’t adapt (pardon the pun) to mobile devices. Baring in mind that over 70% of their traffic was coming via a mobile device, it was super important we fixed this.

The website is now powered by WordPress, making it easier to update. The new website includes all the information from their old site in a logical, user-friendly layout, has a news section, and, most importantly, works on all devices. Also visible on the website are prominent call-to-actions asking visitors to donate or support them – a requirement for every charity website.
