This package is a subscription service billed at £42* per month (excluding VAT where applicable). By subscribing, you authorise Dotwall Web Design to charge your payment method monthly.
Your subscription includes essential care for your website, such as updates, security checks, backups, and 1 hour of design time per month.
The 1-hour design time is allocated per month for your website only. This time can be used for minor updates, content changes, or other web design tasks related to your site. Time is tracked in 5-minute increments.
The allocated design time operates on a “use it or lose it” basis. Unused time does not roll over to the next month.
If you require more than the included 1 hour, additional time is available at a discounted rate of £45* per hour. This is a special rate for care plan clients, reduced from the standard hourly rate of £65*.
We aim to handle all requests promptly, often on the same day. However, please allow a maximum of three working days for completion. In exceptional circumstances, where a request may take longer, we will inform you in advance when you submit the request.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time, as this is a rolling monthly contract with no long-term commitment. Cancellation will prevent future payments but does not refund the current month.
Since the WordPress Care Package includes hosting, please ensure you have an alternative hosting package in place if you decide to cancel. We can continue to provide hosting for your site, or you can choose to host it with a provider of your choice. However, moving the website to a new hosting provider is not included in this package and would incur additional charges, which we can quote for at the time.
Design time cannot be used for tasks unrelated to the website in this package. Anything outside of the included services will be quoted separately.
For transparency and future reference, Dotwall may record sessions during your design time.
