Essential WordPress Care Plan Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription & Payment

This package is a subscription service billed at £28* per month (excluding VAT where applicable). By subscribing, you authorise Dotwall Web Design to charge your payment method monthly.

2. Included Services

Your subscription includes essential care for your website, such as updates, security checks, backups, and regular maintenance. Please note that this plan does not include any monthly design time.

3. Purchasing Additional Hours

If you require design or development work, you can purchase time at a discounted rate of £45* per hour. This is a special rate for care plan clients, reduced from the standard hourly rate of £65*.

4. Timely Completion of Requests

We aim to handle all requests promptly, often on the same day. However, please allow a maximum of three working days for completion. In exceptional circumstances, where a request may take longer, we will inform you in advance when you submit the request.

5. Changes & Cancellations

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time, as this is a rolling monthly contract with no long-term commitment. Cancellation will prevent future payments but does not refund the current month.

Since the WordPress Care Plan includes hosting, please ensure you have an alternative hosting package in place if you decide to cancel. We can continue to provide hosting for your site, or you can choose to host it with a provider of your choice. However, moving the website to a new hosting provider is not included in this package and would incur additional charges, which we can quote for at the time.

6. Exclusions

Design and development time is not included in this package. Any work outside the included services will be quoted separately.

7. Screen Recordings

For transparency and future reference, Dotwall may record sessions during any requested work.
