You are entitled to cancel your order and request a full refund within seven days of the project’s completion and final approval of the website.
If you are not completely satisfied with your website design within the seven-day period, you are entitled to a 100% refund of all fees paid.
Once the refund is processed:
The website remains the property of dotwall Web Design, and no part of it may be used or transferred after cancellation.
We’re confident in our ability to provide a five-star service, but if there are any concerns during the process, we encourage you to discuss them with us. Our goal is to resolve any issues before reaching the cancellation stage. We’re 99.99% sure you won’t need this guarantee, but it’s here for your peace of mind.
