dotwall Web Design — Ad Hoc Design & Development Time – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing ad hoc design or development time from dotwall Web Design, you agree to the following terms. These apply to any current and future purchases of one-hour or multi-hour blocks of support time.

1. Flexible Scheduling
   All ad hoc time is scheduled around existing client work and studio availability. Purchasing an hour of time does not guarantee that the work will be completed on the same day or immediately following your purchase.

2.  Allocation of Time
   Once your time has been purchased, we’ll confirm a timeframe for the work to be completed. This may vary depending on current workloads, but we always aim to deliver promptly and keep you informed throughout.

3. Work Windows
   Unless otherwise agreed in advance, ad hoc hours are treated as flexible support time. If you require work to be completed by a specific deadline, this must be discussed before purchase so we can confirm availability.

4. Project-Based Work
   If you’re looking for a more structured approach — where work begins on a set date and continues consistently through to completion — ad hoc time may not be the right fit. In this case, please get in touch for a tailored project-based quote that better suits your needs.

5. Ongoing Use
   These terms apply to any ad hoc time purchased from dotwall Web Design now and in future. By purchasing, you accept that delivery times will always be agreed based on our studio schedule at the time.

6. Pricing
   All ad hoc time is billed at the rate current at the time of purchase. dotwall Web Design reserves the right to update or amend pricing at any time without notice. This includes changes to single-hour and multi-hour rates. Future purchases may be subject to different pricing.

7. Scope of Work
   Ad hoc time is intended for general design, development, or small updates. It does not include strategic consultancy, branding, SEO audits or full project planning unless otherwise agreed. If we feel your request falls outside typical ad hoc support, we’ll let you know before starting any work.
